IntroductionMSSCL is a very professional manpower savvy and efficient organization with a 3 decade long glorious tradition of excellent management and discipline. It has more than 300 technically qualified and professional manpower to ensure the high standards of seed quality. Many of them hold professional qualifications from premier national and international institutes viz. University of Manitoba, Canada, Denmark, IIT, Kharagpur, SAUs like MPKV, Rahuri etc. The total strength of the permanent employees of the Corporation is 730 in various cadres.
MSSCL has recently reorganized and retionalized its field network. Now, it has 6 Regional Offices in Maharashtra which are as under :

Akola (Western Vidarbha)

Recently, MSSCL has also imparted computer training to its all staff involved in field and ministerial work for the purpose of speedy working and to have a uniform databases. MSSCL has also gone in for massive computerization and inter connectivity with its various offices using E-mail & Internet etc. for speedy information transfer and effective decision making.
MSSCL has committed itself for the service of farmers of Maharashtra particular and farming community of the nation in general to scale new heights in agricultural productivity and thus realizing the objective of doubling the food production by 2011 and make agriculture a profitable and sustainable enterprise to the millions of farmers of the Country.
