The use of improved technology in agriculture use of agriculture implements plantation crops according to soil type, land levelling, contour sowing, judicious use of chemical fertiliser, use of water conservation, storage structure with drip & sprinkler irrigation spraying insecticides in time agricultural allied sector related work, horticultural plantation in dry land and waste land, nilgiri, Subabhul Plantations.

This competition is organised by Commisssionerate of Agriculture. The farmers having their own land & self cultivating farmers competition at district level food production competition. The 1 to 5 Nos wining farmer's from district level are allowed for state level crop competition. First three farmers at state level are selected & honoured with their spouse.
